Joan, also known as Joma, is a self-taught illustrator and a graphic designer based in Vancouver, Canada, originally from Hong Kong.

After graduating with a psychology degree, she later discovered her passion for art and design. Inspired by her cat Mochi, she opened her Etsy shop, Joma Studio, where she began selling stickers, prints, and stationery. This creative outlet encouraged her to continue growing with her illustrations.
 

Joma’s artwork is cute, cozy, and heartwarming, created to uplift, encourage, and bring joy to others. Drawing inspiration from the simple pleasures of everyday life, travel, and the beauty of nature, she captures meaningful little moments that make people smile.
